  • Or, Anyone who cares for children safety and well being can complain, whoever sees a child in distress.

Disclaimer: The punishment for making a false complaint is imprisonment of up to one year, or fine, or both. If a false complaint or report is made with the intention of defaming anyone, the offense may be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 6 months, or with fine, or with both.
