Protection of Women Rights

Project- W3E (Women- Engagement, Employment & Empowerment)

Women, a girl, a wife, a mother, a grandmother, overall woman is a key of a family. World can never be complete without a woman. From the beginning of this world women are treated as a weaker section of the society and they are the victims of the crimes like rape, eve teasing, female infanticide, dowry, domestic violence, child marriage and acid throwing etc.

Women empowerment has become a significant topic of discussion in development and economics. It can also point to the approaches regarding other trivialized genders in a particular political or social context. Various studies, as well as our experience, have shown that when we work towards women empowerment, the whole society benefits. Women empowerment examines six interdependent dimensions: psychological, community, organizational, economic, social and cultural. But unfortunately in India, far from being empowered, most women are denied even their basic rights like health, education, employment and a respectable status in society.

Justice For India is working for all social, political and economic empowerment for women.

Our W3E (Women- Engagement, Employment & Empowerment) national level programme trains the urban underprivileged women in English Proficiency, Basic Computer Education and Soft Skills for enhancing their prospects of employment in the fast expanding retail, hospitality and BPO sectors.

We are running more than 100 Vocational Institutions for women in various locations of India in which we are conducting the vocational classes of Sewing, Beauty and other so many subjects to poor and needy women.

We also provide the legal support to needy woman. Our Women Empowerment Cell also deals with issues related to women such as dowry, domestic violence, equality at workplace, eve teasing and sexual assault etc. We are running so many legal consultancy offices in India. And any woman can contact us on our helpline.

So far, our programmes have successfully made a difference to the lives of over 5000+ women and girl children.
